I began collecting tattoos when I was sixteen. It would have been sooner, but in Virginia one must be at least sixteen with parental permission. I was raised a Christian, and from the ages of about 16-18 I was very Jesus-centric.

During that time I got several tattoos reflecting as much, including: a cross, a lion of Judah, a very pretty and detailed portrait of Jesus on the side of my neck, and last but not least, 'Jesus Saves' on the back of my hands.

That was over two years ago and in that time I have used my intellect and rationality to face facts and dismiss the bible as a fallacy. I am now an Atheist.

Unfortunately, my tattoos don't know that. I still have elderly cashiers noticing my hands and smiling warmly say things like 'well God bless you' or 'can't nobody complain about THOSE tattoos!'

The moral of the story is: listen to your Grandma, your religious views really may change some day. And having visible tattoos really DOES decrease your opportunities of employment.

If anyone has any advice on secular cover-ups, I'd love to hear them.

The portrait was done in July of 2007. Around Jennifer's face are three brightly-colored roses (one purple, one gold, one red), which symbolize Stallone and Flavin's three daughters Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet, each of whom bears the middle name "Rose." The 60-something-year-old actor decided to get the tattoo in honor of his and Flavin's tenth wedding anniversary. Stallone has said it took about twenty-five hours of chair time to complete. The tattoo on his right shoulder was expanded into a full sleeve and chest panel sometime in late 2007 or early 2008, adding a tiger to the mix.

The large picture you see here is a production still of Stallone from his upcoming film "The Expendables," which he's written, and will be both acting in and directing. It's an action piece, and will co-star a who's who of other actors: Eric Roberts, Jason Statham, Jet Li, 50 Cent aka Curtis Jackson, Mickey Rourke, and a cameo by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Adding Tattoo to a Photograph

This tutorial will show you how you can insert a tattoo design to a photograph with only couple of simple steps in photoshop. So, here’s my before and after photo:

Step 1) Let’s working on the tattoo image first. Select your magic wand tool from your tool pallete, then select the white background on your tattoo design. Make sure you have selected every white on the image. After that, go to select>inverse (shift+ctrl+i)

Step 2) Drag your tattoo design to your portrait. Or you can copy it (ctrl+c) then paste it (ctrl+v) in your portrait.

Step 3) Now, you need to resize your tattoo by pressing ctrl+t so that it will fit nicely on the lady’s back.

Step 4) Done with resizing, your next step is to reshape the tatto like the body part using the warp feature (right click while you’re still in free transform mode)

Step 5) Now change the layer mode of the tatto design layer to multiply and play around with the opacity for the desired look. Mine is 54%
